Certain ideas form the skeleton of The Fourth Way. They are not dogma by any means but rather foundational principles put forth for one to verify in practice for oneself.

Work with the ideas is blended in with practical, experiential work we try as individuals and in the group. The Work is a multi-faceted jewel, including principles regarding our sleep and the possibility of awakening; a psychology of possible evolution; a chemistry or alchemy of personal transformation; a cosmology of the universe and its laws and where our call as humanity fits within it.
